This timetable has been released on the official website https://www.edudel.nic.in. Delhi Nursery Admission 2025-2026: Application process will start from this date
According to the program released by the Directorate, the process of Delhi Nursery Admission will start from November 25, 2024 this time. By this date, all the schools will have to upload the admission criteria on their website and the link issued by the Directorate. Along with this, the admission process for entry level classes will start from November 28, 2024.
Delhi Nursery Admission 2025-2026: Apply by this date
The process of admission in entry level classes will start from November 28, 2024 and will run till December 20, 2024. During this period, parents can apply for the school of their choice. The process of nursery admission will be completed on March 14, 2024.
Delhi Nursery Admission 2025-2026: This is the age limit
For admission in pre-school (nursery) class in Delhi schools, the age of the students should not be more than 4 years on 31 March 2025. Similarly, the age limit for pre-primary class has been fixed at 5 years. Also, the maximum age limit for admission in class 1 has been fixed at 6 years.
Delhi Nursery Admission 2025-2026: No change in fees
Parents applying for admission in nursery classes in private schools of Delhi will have to pay only Rs 25 as registration fee. According to the information issued by the Directorate, there has been no increase in fees.
Parents who are interested in admission in these primary and other classes including class 1 are advised to read the official notification carefully before applying and understand the rules and conditions related to admission, because if the rules are not followed in the application form then the application form will not be considered valid.
